The San Diego Youth Symphony joins forces with the La Jolla Symphony in a work by the brilliant composer and cellist Andrea Casarrubios, who was first introduced to La Jolla audiences in the 2023-2024 season. The haunting beauty of Osvaldo Golijov's Night of the Flying Horses is paired with the great symphonist Gustav Mahler's Symphony no. 4, which takes the listener on a journey through a child's vision of paradise.
