 “Flamenco Ambassador” María Bermúdez returns to The Ford with Flamenco! Convivencias. Spanish for coexistence or building of community, Convivencias brings together dancers and musicians from Spain and Southern California for an evening of passion and drama.
Featuring flutist Juan and violinist Bernardo Parrilla, from one of Jerez de la Frontera’s legendary flamenco families, alongside powerhouse singer Carmen Grilo, and an international gathering of stunning musicians and dancers, Convivencias celebrates flamenco as a universal language through a deeply moving, profoundly expressive, and exhilarating performance.
