Chamber Music Palisades Presents
a Splendid Evening of Chamber Music
Wednesday April 15, at 7:30 p.m., in the sanctuary of the Brentwood Presbyterian Church, Chamber Music Palisades (CMP) presents an eclectic program featuring works by composers Bach, Brahms, Thuille, Kreutzer, and Gershwin.
Our talented performers are Bernadene Blaha and Kevin Fitz-Gerald returning once again this year for a spectacular four-hand piano performance, Jonathan Davis (San Diego and Pacific Symphonies) on oboe, Judith Farmer (Los Angeles Opera) on bassoon, Burt Hara (former principal clarinetist Los Angeles Philharmonic) on clarinet, Amy Jo Rhine (Los Angeles Philharmonic) on horn, and Susan Greenberg, formerly LA Chamber Orchestra and now Santa Monica Symphony), flutist and co-founder/artistic director of Chamber Music Palisades. Alan Chapman, KUSC host, will present his informative program notes, as he has for all 29 seasons.
Tickets will be available for $35 online at cmpalisades.org or at the door the evening of the concert at Brentwood Presbyterian Church, 12000 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles 90049. Free parking is available in the church lot just north of Montana Avenue on the east side of Bundy. CMP offers free admission for full-time students with an ID.
